Terms and Conditions:

- The final guaranteed number i.e. minimum billing number must be confirmed in 48 hours prior the functions).

- Should the number of actual attendees fall below the minimum guaranteed number, the hotel will invoice for the guaranteed number. If the actual attendees exceed the minimum guaranteed number, the hotel will then raise an invoice for the actual number of attendees.

- All rates are quoted in Saudi Riyals.

- The Customer shall accept full liability for all additional charges incurred during the Function at the Hotel, unless otherwise specified in writing.

- All accounts incurred against this agreement will be invoiced and all such invoices are due payable on presentation, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

- No food or beverage may be brought into the accommodation or function area by the Customer for consumption on the premises, unless the prior written consent of the Hotel has been obtained.

Cancellation policy will be followed:

Reducing in numbers:

• 25% between 5 - 10 days prior to the event date.

• 50% between 3 - 4 days prior to the event date.

• 100% between 1 - 2 days prior to the event date.

- Neither the Hotel nor its agents or employees shall be liable for any damage or loss which may be caused to any of the goods of the Customer, it employees or invitees brought into the premises neither for whatever reason, nor to any injury or loss of life to the Customer or its employees or invitees howsoever caused. The Customer further indemnifies and holds harmless the Hotel against any claim that may be made against the Hotel by any third party relating to the provisions of the clause.

- If the parties are prevented from fulfilling any of their obligations by any act of god, inability to perform due to weather condition, accident, riot, strike, labor difficulty, any act or order of

public authorities or any cause beyond the control of the parties, either party may terminate this contract upon written notice to the other and no further services will owed or paid by the hotel to you under this agreement.

- The Customer shall be responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms, furnishings, utensils and equipment therein, by any act or omission of the Customer or guest/employee of the Customer.

Compliance:

- The client shall comply, and shall ensure that its guests do comply with all laws and regulations in effect in the KSA and that no act, show, speech or behavior shall take place at the event that will violate religious and moral standards and practices of KSA.
